30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return items for a full refund. Items must be in their original, unused condition with original packaging.

How to Return

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@gallo.com or through our contact page
  2. Receive a return authorization number (RMA)
  3. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  4. Include the RMA number on the package
  5. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method

Return Conditions

  • βœ“Original packaging and tags must be included
  • βœ“Proof of purchase required
  • βœ—Personalized or custom items are not eligible for return
  • βœ—Items damaged by misuse are not eligible

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or we made an error.
